MONIKA SIDOR
From Hamilton, Ontario, Monika is 24 years old and is 5’8"
in height. Her contest weight is 115 lbs. and off-season
she is 120 lbs. Monika has been competing since 2005 as
a Fitness Model. Physically Monika has accomplished a
weight gain, body fat loss as well as toning and feeling
overall healthy. Physical training is very addictive to
the body, so once she stops training for a longer period
of time such as a couple of weeks, she notices self
slowing down and not being able to function at the same
physical level as she did when she was active. Monika
finds it truly amazing; that physical training acts as a
drug that your body craves because it feels that good
once you do it. Mentally her mind has been clear, her
memory and concentration has improved as well as her
mood stabilized. Emotionally she has been able to
control angry outbursts much better and not rely on
alternative therapies. Spiritually she has gained a
sense of peace, faith and hope. Peace provides her with
calmness and control, faith and hope act as strong
motivators for everyday struggles. We are pleased to
