LINDA FREDETTE
Linda is from Gatineau, Quebec Canada. She is 5"4
tall and competes at 130lbs (off-season weight of
140lbs). She has competed in many womens' bodybuilding
shows, including 2nd place, World Championships, Pro
Show, June 2005, Toronto, Ontario, Canada, WNSO; 1st
place Empire State Dance Sport Championships New York
USA August 11-14th 2005; 1st place, Canadian Nationals,
May 30 2004, Toronto, Ontario, Canada, WNSO; 2nd place
Federation de Culture Physique Amateur Quebecoise, June
2004, Montreal, Quebec; 2nd place, Canadian Nationals,
July 2003, Toronto, Ontario, Canada, WNSO; and 2nd
place, East Canada, June 2003, Montréal Québec, WNSO
(World Natural Sports Organization). The fitness
industry has been her life for almost 10 years. She is
now working towards another field to work her mind as
much as her body. She has chosen the administration
field as a full time job and I is presently studying.
She also has dance goals and belongs to a Latin dance
troupe that is gaining much exposure. As to other
long-term goals, first and foremost is to win the Pro
World Championships with the WNSO. The WNSO has always
been very good to Linda throughout her career. She has
met many new people and made many new friends. The
theatrical theme they have built has attracted many from
all over the world and it keeps growing attracting more
diverse people which means more new people and new
