You may recognize Victor from several
bodybuilding competitions in which he has competed,
including the NPC Nationals and 2003 Jr. USA (he won
the bantam class). From Delaware, Victor is 25, at a
contest weight of 143 lbs. and an offseason weight
of 184 lbs., all at a height of 5' 3". We
photographed Victor recently competing in New York
at the NPC Team Universe show. We are very happy to
