Tommy is a 24 year old natural bodybuilder from
Long Island. He stands 6'1" tall and weighs 205 lbs.
in competition (he goes to 255 off season). In 2005,
Tommy placed 2nd in the Novice Light Heavyweight
Class at the New York State Championships and in
2006 he placed 2nd in the Novice Heavyweight Class
at the INBF Hercules. Championships. Tommy again
competed at the New York State Championships in
2007, this time doing the Open Heavyweight Class, in
which he placed 3rd. In 2008,
NorthAmericanBodies.com watched as Tommy competed in
two INBF shows, the Long Island Experience (placing
2nd in the Open Heavyweights) and Naturalmania
(placing 3rd in the Open Heavyweights). Tommy also
tried his hand at fitness modeling, entering the
WNBF Mr. Fitness Championships, in which he placed
3rd in his height class. Tommy has been weight
training for 7 years, and specifically for
bodybuilding over the last 4 years. He works in
sales for a supplement company. His training
philosophy is to lift Heavy, doing high volume sets
with low to medium reps, 2 days on and 1 day off.
