Tommy lives on Long Island, New York where he
runs a personal training business. He started
training about 16 years ago to get bigger for the
physical nature of high school football, when he was
an all-county wide receiver and played at the
college level. After college Tommy continued his
training and was a fan of Musclemania long before he
ever stepped on stage. Being a natural
noncompetitive bodybuilder he could appreciate the
physiques of many of the athletes. After much
apprehension, his friends convinced Tommy to enter
his first competition, the 1999 ANBC Eastern States.
He wound up winning his class and the overall at
155lbs. He was hooked. Since then Tommy has been
working his way up the Musclemania ranks, placing
4th, 3rd, 2nd(twice), and 1st in his class. Tommy
has also entered several NPC shows, including the
Eastern USA and Team Universe. Tommy nade his pro
debut at the 2005 Musclemania Superbody and he
placed an impressive 2nd place. He stands 5'7"
tall and weighs 170 lbs. His long-time training
partner and friend is NAB model Adamo. We are very
