Massive at 6'4" tall and an off season weight of
294 lbs., 24 yr old Rob Terry is quite an impressive
natural bodybuilder. He hit the stage of the 2006
Musclemania Worlds Bodybuilding Championships at
Universal City at 265 lbs. and won the open
heavyweight class! It had been about two years since
he last competed placing third in the 2004 Worlds.
For the last two years, Rob took the advice of a
close friend who stressed how important it was to
diet all year round. At first this change was hard,
but then Rob quickly felt the gains in strength
stamina and just looked a hell of lot better for it
and plans to adapt this style of dieting through
2006-2007 ready for the next assault in his
bodybuilding career. NorthAmericanBodies.com was
able to photograph Rob after before finals at the
2006 Worlds, and we got some really terrific photos
of this phenomenal athlete. Good things are in store
for Rob as we understand he may have a future in the
