Rob is a Long Island bodybuilder who has
competed in regional natural bodybuilding contests,
such as the INBF Naturalmania in which he recently
competed. In his very first contest he placed 2nd
(lightweight class) at the INBF Tournament of
Champions and almost turned pro his second ever show
at the INBF Hercules. He believes in "old
school training" by training with basic
exercise movements and incorporates the "4 on/1
off" daily routine. He is very strict with his
training schedule and almost never misses a day from
the gym In addition to personal training and fitness
modeling, Rob enjoys playing hockey.
