Mike is a 20 year old competitive bodybuilder
from Long Island. He stands 5'6" and carries a
contest weight of 172 lbs. (off-season he gets to
200 lbs).
Mike became serious about lifting a pursuing a
bodybuilding career at age 17. Two years later he
competed in his first bodybuilding competition at
the NPC Xcalibur in New Jersey in which he won the
overall teen and overall men's novice classes, quite
an accomplishment at such a young age. Weeks later
Mike competed in the Collegiate Nationals in
Pittsburgh in which he placed 4th.
NorthAmericanBodies.com saw Mike compete in
Pittsburgh and captured him on our cameras.
Mike recently competed in the NPC Atlantic States
with a completely new built physique. Mike has been
training with the help of Colette Nelson, a
nationally known bodybuilder, and who has been
helping Mike achieve the physique that many thrive
for. We wish to thank Colette for some of the photos
contained in Mike's gallery. In addition to
bodybuilding, Mike is interested in pursing
opportunities in fitness modeling. His website is
