Michael Walding

Michael Walding is a 22 year old fitness model from
Florida, who has been competing in the new NPC Men's
Physique Division. We met Michael when he competed at
the 2011 NPC Jr. USA Championships in Charleston, West
Virginia where he placed 7th in his height class.
Michael stands 5'10" tall and competes at a weight of
170 lbs. with an off-season weight of 185 lbs. He has
17.5" biceps and a 30" waist. He has a very active
sports background, in wrestling, mixed martial arts and
swimming. At the NPC Southern USA, he placed 1st and won
the Overall, at the NPC USA's he placed 2nd and at the
NPC North Americans he placed 5th. Michael has been
training for 5 years and at the time we met him, was
training with IFBB Pro Don Long. We are very pleased to
