Mateus is known as the Brazilian wonderboy. We
witnessed him in competition at the 2007 Musclemania
Superbody Bodybuilding Championships held in Miami,
Florida, where Mateus was runner-up in the Juniors
class. He is a 22 year old medical student from Sao
Paulo, Brazil, and the Brazilian Junior National
Champion. In 2005, Mateus, placed 3rd as a Junior in
the NABBA World Championships, and in 2005 he was
5th in the Juniors at the NABBA Mr. Universe and 2nd
at the NABBA World Championships. Mateus has amazing
proportions and is well-developed for his age. He is
interested in fitness modeling opportunities, and
will continue to compete in bodybuilding
