LESTER GALE
|

Lester is a 21 year old bodybuilder and trainer from Upstate New York
who has been bodybuilding since early 2007. Lester attends college and
is studying Exercise Physiology. He has been into working out and very
athletic most of his life but then when Lester found out more about
bodybuilding he was hooked. His best friend Kevin Schosek (also an NAB
model) taught him what the sport was all about, and they have trained and
lived together like brothers. With Kevin's guidance and motivation,
Lester took 1st place in the Novice Heavyweight Class and Overall in his
first show at the 2009 INBF Mr. Supernatural. A week later Lester placed
2nd in the Junior Men’s division and 2nd place Open Lightheavyweight at the
INBF Natural USA’s. Lester has a goal of becoming a natural pro
bodybuilder within a few short years. He is 6'2" in height with a contest
bodyweight of 195-200 lbs. (220-230 off season) and thick, hard legs. We
think Lester will achieve his goal soon, and are very pleased to add Lester
