Krystian Malinowski
 |
|
Krystian Malinowski is a 30 year old fitness model from
Poland who now resides in Florida. Krystian stands 5'9"
tall at a weight of 179 lbs. He has a 30" waist, 47"
chest, 26" thighs, 19" arms and 17" calves. He is a
personal trainer who attended the University of Physical
Education in Warsaw, Poland. Krystian is active in
sports including scuba diving, basketball, volleyball,
soccer and track & field. He has recently begun
competing in NPC contests in the Men's Physique
Division. We met and photographed him when he competed
at the 2011 NPC Ruby Championships in Boca Raton, in
which he placed 3rd in the Tall Class. Krystian's
interests include nutrition, human physiology and
anatomy, sports medicine, and MMA. In terms of training,
his favorites are weight training, circuit training,
obstacle training and HIT training. Krystian recalls
when he was overweight and very unhappy with the way his
body looked, so he decided to change that and get the
physique that he always wanted to have and to inspire
others and show that this is possible. He has made quite
a transformation and now has a lean, chiseled physique!
