JOSE NODAL

Jose Nodal is a fitness and bodybuilding model from Miami who follows a natural
training regimen. He is 29 years of age and stands 5'8" tall with a weight of 193
lbs. When Jose was young he was always the short little fat kid every body always
wanted to pick on, the kid that girls would never give the time of day and the kid
who was underestimated since day one. Jose dreamed that eventually when he grew up
that he was going to change all off that and his dream would become a reality one
day. All his life he always looked up to comic book heroes like Wolverine,
Superman, the Xmen, wanting himself to be big, strong and loved & admired like a
true hero would be. Jose worked out 7 days a week for about 3 1/2, taking the best
supplements & diet that he could possibly afford to forge the "ultimate classic
physique" Well we would say that Jose has accomplished that goal, having sculpted
a muscular yet aesthic physique. Jose competed at both the 2009 and 2010
Musclemani-sponsored Fitness Universe Championships in Miami, where we met and, with
the help of NAB photographer Kelvin Stansberry, photographed Jose. He has also been
working for BSN supplement company, and wants to spread his passion for diet,
