Jon is a 26 year old bodybuilder and fitness model
from Manhattan Beach, California. He has been training
for the past 11 years and has a background in sports
playing football and basketball. Jon stands 6' tall and
weights 185 lbs. when competing and 195 lbs. in the
off-season. He has competed in bodybuilding shows,
including the 2008 NPC San Diego Bodybuilding Championships
(3rd place Novice Middleweights and 5th place Light Heavyweights),
the NPC Max Muscle Naturals (1st place Unlimited and Novice Middleweights)
and NPC Excalibur Championships (2nd place Novice Light Heavyweight).
Jon has 17" biceps, 25" quads, 30" waist, 16" calves and a 45" chest.
Jon is employed as a personal trainer, and is interested in exploring a
