We first met John competing at the 2005 Bodyrock
Bodybuilding Championships in Virginia, his home
state. He has been continually improving and
competing, placing 1st in the Welterweight Class at
the 2006 Southern States Bodybuilding Championships.
He ended the year by entering the 2006 NPC
Bodybuilding Championships in Miami Beach competing
as a Welterweight. John is an art teacher, who at 34
years of age, generally competes at 154 lbs. at a
height of 5'9". John now joins our exclusive roster
