JOE AMMARITO
|
|
Joe Ammarito is a teen bodybuilder, just 19, from New York who has competed in several
natural bodybuilding competitions so far. At the 2009 INBF Natural Hercules International
Championships, Joe place 1st in the Teen Class and 3rd in the Novice Class, and at the
2010 Natural Hercules show he placed 2nd in Teens and 4th in the Novice Class. Joe is
5'10" tall and weighed 157 lbs. at his last show (200 off-season). He has a 15" flexed
bicep, 40" chest, 32" waist, 15" calves and 21" quads. He has played sports, including
basketball, baseball and football. Joe has been weight training for 5 years. We are
