Joe Ament is a bodybuilder who is a Pittsburgh
native. In addition to bodybuilding, he enjoys
distance running which helps him stay in shape all
year. Joe has a rock-hard physique and his best
bodyparts are his chest and arms. Joe trains
naturally, and has competed at the 2000 Musclemania
Worlds where he placed 3rd as a Middleweight.
Although natural, Joe is able to compete with the
athletes in NPC shows. With more muscle added, he
competed as a Light-Heavyweight at the 2004 NPC USA
Championships where he placed 4th, and the 2004 NPC
Nationals where he placed 8th. Joe is 34 and weighs
196 lbs. at a height of 5'8". The photos in Joe's
