JAMES SEYMOUR
|
|
James is a competitive teen bodybuilder from
Florida. At 19, this amazing teen scored some impressive
victories. In 2005, James won both the teen heavyweight
class in the Miami Championships and Southern States
Championships. We first met James competing at the 2006
NPC Southern States in Fort Lauderdale, where he not
only once again won his heavyweight teen class but also
took the overall teen title. That win launched James
into the 2006 NPC Teen Nationals held in Pittsburgh,
where we witnessed James score a stunning victory when
as the heavyweight class winner, he was victorious over
some other amazing teen bodybuilders, becoming the
fourth Teen National Champion out of Florida. James
weighed in at 209 lbs. of solid muscle packed onto his
6'1" tall frame. We photographed Jason the next day near
him home in South Florida. While attending the NPC South
Florida show a few months later, we were stunned to see
James guest posing and still in phenomenal shape 4 moths
out from taking his national title. James posed on stage
that night with 3 other Florida teen nationals
champions, including NAB model Jason Huh. James took up
weight training while in high school to help with his
football and wrestling. In his training, James believes
in low volume and high intensity to shape his physique.
He is lifelong drug-free, and currently attending
college to study natural medicine. We do expect great
