James is an bodybuilder from Maryland who we met
competing at the 2005 Bodyrock Classic Bodybuilding
Championships in Virginia. Although he stands only
5'5" tall, James packs alot of muscle on that
compact 151 lb. frame, with 15 1/2" biceps, a
30" waist, 15 1/2" calves, 43" chest
and 22 3/4" thighs! By the way, James won the
lightweight class at Bodyrock. In prior contests, he
was the novice lightweight and overall winner at the
2002 NPC Maryland State Bodybuilding, Fitness &
Figure Championships and 2nd in the novice/3rd in
the open lightweight classes at the 2002 Musclemania
Nation's Capital Contest. We are lucky to have met
and photographed James, and welcome him to the
