James Ellis is a 27-year-old aspiring model and
actor from Los Angeles, California. He grew up in
South Bend and graduated from Indiana State
University receiving a degree for Education and a
minor in Physical Education. He worked through the
National Academy of Sports & Medicine (NASM) to
become a personal trainer. Right after graduation,
James packed his bags and moved out to San Diego and
then to Los Angeles in pursuit of his lifelong dream
to be an actor/model. He's already appeared in
commercials, workout videos, promos, print work, as
well as the front cover of Exercise for Men Only
magazine. He was a former skinny High School nerd
who has transformed his body to become an Indiana
State Fitness Model champion. He has appeared in
Nike and Ford commercials. James, with blonde hair
and hazel eyes, stands 5'10" tall and has a lean,
muscular body with a 32" waist. James has a muscular
physique and has had some past experience competing
in bodybuilding competitions, but he has redirected
his current focus to modeling and acting. We
photographed James Ellis the day after he competed
in the 2007 Model America show in Los Angeles at the
home of a mutual friend Howard who helped arrange
the shoot with James and fellow model Max Wettstein.
