Holger is a 33 year old fitness model from
Germany who we met while he was competing in Miami,
Florida at the 2007 Musclemania Model Universe
Championships where he competed in the male fitness
models contest. Holger displayed a mature physique,
chiseled and extremely well-conditioned. He is an
impressive 6'4" tall and weights 220 lbs of lean
muscle. Holger is also a personal trainer. Among the
titles he has garnered as a fitness model is the
2005 Mr. Adonis title he won in Germany. Holger is
very interested in exploring fitness and sports
modeling opportunities in the United States and
would like to appear in fitness publications. We are
