Chris Graf

Chris Graf is an upcoming 27 year old bodybuilder.
He stand 5'9" tall, and has a contest weight of 187 lbs
(off-season 220 lbs.). His off-season measurements are
waist 36" (at contest 30"), chest 42", biceps 16 1/2",
thighs 24" and calves are 17". His first contest was the
2011 NPC Dexter Jackson Classic held in Jacksonville,
Florida where we met and photographed Chris. He plans to
compete again soon. Chris played 10 years of baseball, 6
years of soccer, and a year of football. His weight
training started out when Chris was 18 years old at
Muscle Plus in Tavares, Florida but he currently trains
at Infinity Fitness in Fruitland Park, Florida. Chris
has begun to pursue his bodybuilding dream. He joined
Ironclad Physiques by trainer/bodybuilder Jamie Ibone,
who is also his nutritionist and contest prep trainer.
We met and photographed Chris at the Dexter Jackson
show, and we are very pleased to be able to add Chris
