Casa Wilson is a bodybuilder and fitness
model, formerly from Hollywood California but now
residing in Massachusetts. He stands 5ft 9.5 inches
tall and currently weigh 206 pounds of solid, lean
muscle. His goal is the achieve an overall title at
the NPC Team Universe Bodybuilding Championships in
August 2005. More generally, Casa is proud of being
a natural bodybuilder and is striving to achieve a
physical plain that he believes has thus far not
been achieved, by continuing to work with what God
gave him! He has a very spiritual approach to his
training wherein his ultimate physique goal is to be
in tune with his spirit. To some, that may seem
strange but as Casa explains, to have a complete
balance between the energy that makes one want or
need to do anything in life comes from the spirit
and then the mind, and not the other way around.
When CaSA started working on his ultimate physique 5
years ago, he had a spirit that was larger and
superior to his exterior. He knew then, after
serious inner observation that his balance was off,
and if not fixed, could have truly set his life into
a negative tailspin. With the newfound knowledge of
self, Casa started his journey of finding his
ultimate physique. We are very pleased to have Casa
Wilson join us as a NorthAmericanBodies.com model,
and we just know Casa will find that perfect balance
of spirit and body!
