Brook is a fitness model from California who is
also a personal trainer with a degree in physical
therapy. Brook has appeared in many fitness
magazines, including Men's Workout and Exercise
& Health, and he was on the cover of Body and
Fitness. He has appeared in ads including
Bodybuilding.com, Hotskins, and Ruthless, and he did
a shoot for the "Ripped" calendar. In
additon, Brook has put together his own exercise DVD
program. We first met Brook when he competed in the
Musclemania Model America contest held in Anaheim.
