BRIAN SCHELL

From St. Louis, Brian Schell has always been very
athletic, involved in baseball, wrestling and swimming.
He swam competitively for 9 years in local leagues and
for the St. Louis, South County YMCA. Brian enlisting in
the Navy as a Rescue Swimmer. He is 6'1" tall and
weighs between 205-210 lbs.of lean muscle with only
between 3-8% of body fat. In the Navy, Brian experienced
one of most proudest memories in life, as he was awarded
the prestigious Naval Commendation Metal for the
rescuing of a shipmate 600 hundred miles off the coast
of Hawaii. After completing his enlistment in the navy,
Brian returned home and attended and graduated from
college. He maintains a lifestyle of health and fitness
with regular diet and workout plans. As a result of a
bad auto accident, Brian spent a lot of time in the gym
trying to regain his form, and this led to a challenge
to compete in a local bodybuilding show. This show tuned
out to be Brian's turning point. Now Brian's goal was to
become a bodybuilder/fitness model. Placing 5th out of
about 22 people in the Light-Heavy Weight class, Brian
was determined to give it another try. This time
entering a much larger scale show, Brian placed 2nd out
of a very large class again. It was this show that put
Brian on track in his modeling career. While preparing
for the show that the local "Power House" gym,
the owners convinced Brian to have his photos taken by a
photographer, and from that moment on Brian has appeared
in several fitness magazines and has signed a contract
with Venus Press to do book covers. Brian also placed
5th at the 2002 Show Me Naturals as a light-heavyweight,
and more recently, Brian placed 4th at the 2004 Northern
Kentucky Bodybuilding Championships as a heavyweight. And now we welcome
