Brandon Sellnow

Brandon Sellnow is a 22 year old upcoming
bodybuilder from Florida, who stands 5'9" tall and has a
contest weight of 208 lbs. (which goes to 260 in the
off-season). He has a 31" waist, 48" chest, 18" biceps,
31" thighs and 19" calves. Brandon has competed in his
first bodybuilding contest, the 2011 West Palm Beach
Championships, placing 3rd in the Men's Open Heavyweight
Class. He has a sports background in Football,
Powerlifting, Wrestling, Weightlifting and Track and
Field (shot-put and discus). He started lifting weights
at age 14, and started training for bodybuilding late
2009. Brandon has personal training certifications
(Certified Personal Trainer(ACE), Sports Nutritionist
and Fitness Lifestyle Coach). He is the Owner/Operator
of FitDestiny (www.FitDestiny.com).
We met and photographed Brandon Sellnow at the West Palm
