Aron is a 27 year old bodybuilder and fitness
model from Virginia. We met Aron competing at the
Bodyrock Bodybuilding and Fitness Championships in
Fairfax, Virginia. He stands 5'9" tall and has
a contest weight of around 180 lbs. and gets to 220
lbs. off-season. He placed 8th out of 15 in his
class, which is pretty good considering both that
this is a national contest and that Aron is a
natural bodybuilder. He won the overall 1st place in
the American Challenge NASF show in 2005, and won
first
in the under-22 class in the Old Dominion Classic.
Aron also placed second in two classes (novice and
men's open) at the American Challenge in 2002. He
started lifting weights for strength training for
baseball in high school, and continued throughout
college, and eventually became more interested in
weight training than baseball. Aron is also a
personal trainer who loves to workout and to help
other people reach their fitness goals. Aron's
longer term goals are to keep working hard in the
gym and eventually getting his pro card. We are very
