Anthony Montes
 |
|
Anthony Montes, originally from Colombia, is an
upcoming bodybuilder who now lives in Miami. He is just
19 and stands 5'6" tall with a contest weight of 154 lbs
(186 lbs. in the off-season). Anthony has 15 1/2"
biceps, 43" chest, 24" quads, 16" calves and a 31"
waist. He has been training for just a year, but more
recently started to prepare for hi first competition,
the 2011 Musclemania Universe. In his first year
competing, Anthony did 3 contests, his first was the
Musclemania Universe in Miami (Teen - 2nd place), then
the NPC Miami Classic Bodybuilding Championships (Teen -
2nd place & Open Men Lightweight - 3rd place) and the
last one was the NPC Southern States Championships in
Fort Lauderdale (Teen Lightweights - 2nd place). We saw
Anthony compete at all 3 shows, and photographed him at
the Miami show. Anthony has a sports background in
soccer, which he played for 4 years before starting
bodybuilding. He does not have any modeling experience,
but is very interested in fitness and sports modeling
opportunities. As to bodybuilding competitions, he says
