| Alfred possesses a massive physique packed with
ripped, rock hard and shredded muscle. We
photographed Alfred as he was competing in New
Jersey at the East Coast Bodybuilding Championships.
At 5'5" in height and weighing 176 lbs. Alfred
has 17 1/2" guns, 24" thighs, only a
31" waist, 15" calves and a 45 1/2"
chest! Wow. He is 27 and is a personal trainer who
plays soccer. He is also a 3 time Mr. Puerto Rico
