| Ahmed is a student at The George Washington
University majoring in systems engineering and
minoring in criminal justice. Ahmed resides in
Bethesda, Maryland but he was originally from Cairo,
Egypt. Ahmed, a competitive bodybuilder, is 22 years
old, stands 6' 0" tall and weighs 178-182 lbs
(230-240 lbs off-season). He has been training since
1999 and has entered a few bodybuilding
competitions, including the OCB Sin City Natural in
2004 in Las Vegas, where he was the Men's
Bodybuilding Overall Champion. He also won the
Novice Overall and 1st Open Heavyweight titles at
the 2004 OCB Central Atlantic States contest in
Washington, DC. Ahmed is an SFPA Certified Personal
Trainer. His introduction to bodybuilding came at a
very young age, and he was interested in it for as
long as he can remember. Even at the age of 10, when
he was a small skinny boy, Ahmed wanted nothing more
than to grow massive arms and huge pecs. Well,
judging by Ahmed's recent photos, he has certainly
grown massive arms, with biceps measuring nearly
20", and massive pecs!. Now taking a layoff
from competition, Ahmed plans to return to the
competition stage at the 2006 Spirit of America
Bodybuilding Championships held in Cape Cod which is
an OCB Pro-Qualifier. We are pleased to add Ahmed to
