At 19, this young competitive bodybuilder has an
amazing physique. He is massively muscled and is
focused on going far in the sport. He competed at
the 2005 NPC Teen Nationals in Pittsburgh, where we
first met Adam, and the 2005 Eastern USA's held in
New York City. His contest weight is 166 lbs and
off-season weight is 225 lbs. We were fortunate
enough to be able to photograph and film Adam as he
trained for 10 weeks for the Eastern USA's, and we
have his entire journey to his win at the Eastern
